How Eating Plants Raised My Vibration

How Eating Plants Raised My Vibration

There’s an old saying that goes “You are what you eat” which is one of my favorite quotes because of love for eating food. However, it’s funny how true it is because what you put into your temple of God, aka stomach, reflects on the kind of person you are.

Agree or disagree?

When I was a chef in the navy, one of the big rules was no eating in the galley.

Guess who broke that rule?

How do you surround a fat ass at heart with food of all kind in an area and expect them not to eat?

Don’t judge me. I remember the days of eating EVERYTHING such as pork, chicken, beef, goat, oxtail, seafood, fish, and dairy while having no remorse of where they come from. Back then, it was all about food, gym, women, partying, work, and sleep. Yet, if there’s one thing I recall back then was poor mindset on a lot of things. Stress from the military and poor diet is not a good mix.

Not saying that eating in a certain way was the main cause of the person I used to be, however can say that it played a part of it.

After going vegan, a lot of things started to change within a month period.

  1. The bathroom and I became best friends due to pooping majority of the day. If you plan on eating raw for the first 30 days, you’ll more than likely be flushing out all the process food and meat that’s stuck in your body.
  2. Went through a healing crisis which consisted of break outs and bruises on my face, including large rash outbreak on my upper back. Nothing to fear because before the body gets better it actually gets worse.
  3. Released a lot of waste inside which over 14 pounds was lost.
  4. Withdrawal symptoms occurred due to no more dairy which should give you a hint that it’s an additive with all the chemicals inside.
  5. After the 30 day period, started to feel light and clear headed as if I was more connected to a hidden power within self.
  6. Developed Self-awareness, empathic abilities, feelings of compassion, increased energy, and etc.
  7. Felt like all of my senses increases.
  8. Attracted awesome people in life.

The list can go on, however the important thing to know is that when you embark on a plant based lifestyle, expect how you feel and life begin to change. Just remember there will always be something to learn and don’t judge people for their actions because they’re not at the level to comprehend what’s “really” going on. Although you may not have the same experience as me, expect the best which may help positive vibes to come your way.
