22 Day Vegan God Ki Ambrosia Challenge

Did you read the title of the blog post and go what the heck is this all about?

The answers soon come mon so enjoy the ride. About once every 3 or 4 months I personally do either a detox or cleanse to maintain, regenerate, and/or return self-back to homeostasis. Living in the matrix, we all have the free will to do as we please but with universal law of karma what goes around usually comes around as fast as it should. This could involve decisions as to what we eat, the places we go, work we do, relationships we have, and etc. If you’re not aware, there is a correlation between our health and the food we eat.

What is the vegan god ki ambrosia challenge all about?

Just because your diet is vegan doesn’t mean that it’s healthy. If you’re asking why, then you should understand that eating vegan processed, unnatural, dead, nonelectrical, and/or comfort foods may play a role in deteriorating your wellbeing on a holistic level. If you know someone with the vegan lifestyle that’s overweight or sick a lot, then chances are it could be what their diet mostly consist of these things. The vegan god ki inspiration came from being a fan of the dragon ball, dragon ball z, dragon ball gt, and dragon ball super series. Goku and Vegeta reached the levels of a Super Saiyan God so it’s only natural a true fan wants to be their own version of it lol.

From past experience of doing the fruit and herb cleanse, I’ve never felt so powerful and in tune with life in my entire life. It’s like I unlocked parts of me and was able to connect with the planet more. Who knew eating fruits, berries, melons and herbs could do wonders. The ambrosia name came from thinking of Calisto from the show “Xena The Warrior Princess” when she ate the ambrosia, aka fruit of the gods, in order to become immortal and a god herself. So, if fruits, which compliments us humans a whole lot because we’re naturally frugivores, including herbs for extra bonuses to us are eaten consistently for a certain amount of time then our bio chemistry make should improve in some way. Challenge was put at the end because for many people it would be a challenge to eat only fruits and herbs for a period of time.

What kind of herbs will be consumed?

The herbs to be consumed in this ambrosia feast are moringa leaf, spirulina, chlorella, sea moss, and bladderwrack. Moringa is great for nutrients intake such as vitamin A, C, and E, minerals such as calcium and potassium and amino acids. It also helps with brain health. Spirulina is great for its iron content which vegans are said to lack. Chlorella, type of green algae, has its perks because it has b12, supports immune system, and nutrient dense with properties to help with the skin. Sea moss has over 80 vital minerals the human body needs……… Bladderwrack, a form of kelp is awesome for its iodine source, reducing inflammation, and improvement on the thyroid.

Keep watch for the fruits I’ll be having on this journey. So far it’s been energizing but a lot of peeing and pooping. TMI?
