The Differences Between Being Vegan & Vegetarian

In this day and age, there are some people in life still unclear with the difference between being vegan and vegetarian. Although being attached to a title creates separation of some kind, it’s a simple way for people to understand why you choose the lifestyle you do.


So….. What is the difference between the two?

For starters, the vegan lifestyle is you not eating any animals or by-products of animals. This includes dairy, cheese, honey, and etc. You’ll also have tendencies to not to support or wear products such as wool, leathers, fur or etc. However, the alternatives may be expensive so you do the best you can because NO ONE IS PERFECT. The most important part is eating plant based in my opinion.

The vegetarian way of eating consist of eating plant based, but dairy and animal by-products are still consumed. Yes, that means honey, goat milk, dairy milk, dairy cheese, and etc. still counts as vegetarian.

How simple is the difference?

You’d be surprised how many people I meet when traveling claim to be “vegan” yet when you ask the right questions they later confess to eating fish, chicken, or beef once in a while……..

I may not be the sharpest knife in the draw; however that’s not VEGAN LOL. Whatever or however you live is your business, but be sure to keep it real with your moves because what set you claim has an impact in the world. The wrong person giving the bad impression of what the vegan lifestyle could mess it up for people about that life.

At the end of the day, what you eat is a reflection of you. What do you think?

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If that’s the case, then what you consume and drink should be equally important as well, right?

Breakfast for me growing up consisted of MANY  toxic food and beverages. LOL! Come to think of it, seems like I was killing myself because it was so bad. Some of the things consumed were variations of soda, potato chips, cup or bag of ramen noodles, sausages, commercial cereal, milk, eggs, bacon, ham, snickers, skittles, biscuits, spam, cheese puffs, and the list goes on. Yet, I didn’t realize why I was chubby and got sick as a dog sometimes with all those mucus forming food stuff and drinks.

Today, things are different due to independent research and health consciousness development. First thing I drink is water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. I used to hate drinking water until I joined the navy and had to drink so much from the canteen they provide at boot camp. Don’t think I’ve ever peed so much in my life haha. However, apple cider vinegar mixed with water to drink in the morning helps to alkalize your insides. For me it also gives a boost of energy.

In regards to what I eat for breakfast is very simple. FRUITS!!!!!!! Either whole or in a smoothie form mixed with botanical herbs for extra benefits. Why? Your food is MEDICINE just in case you didn’t know. With that being said, when you consume drugs and medications prescribed from your traditional doc, then ask yourself this question.

What part of the ingredients comes from Mother Nature and is it really benefiting me?

In my opinion, your health or healing starts with what you eat so think about it.

You ever woke up in the morning and realized it has become a routine part of life?

If you reached this point in your life, then it may be time for you figure out what you live or die for because existing without purpose is meaningless. You have hidden abilities to create magic in your life that the rulers of the material world have done an awesome job concealing this fact.

What do you think of the most throughout your day which makes you feel HYPE and ENTHUSIASTIC?

Who do you want to provide this product or service in order to serve them so you don’t have to be concerned of money again?

These are three questions most people don’t think about; however this is truly your red and blue pill moment. You take the blue pill and exit out of this blog post. Or, take the red pill and see how deep the rabbit hole goes into the unknown realm where your thoughts, choices, and actions may create a new world you never thought was possible.

As you can see, I’ve recently watch the movie called “The Matrix” recently LOL. Don’t judge me, gosh darn it.

What’s next after choosing the red pill?

It’s time to get out of your comfort zone and work toward the realization of your ambition. If it was easy then better believe that everyone would you.
